"Like many, I turned to hiking during a period when I was struggling with my mental health and feeling particularly low. While I've always enjoyed being outside, this journey has taught me to truly appreciate the small wonders of nature that I once overlooked. Being in nature allows me to feel most like myself. Though it may sound cliché, there’s a profound sense of peace and joy I find in nature that nothing else can match."

”I started my journey by watching my adventure heroes do incredible adventures. It left me asking, “how do you even start something like that?” That question has changed my entire life, as it is the main question I’m trying to answer in my films in order for others with adventurous dreams to get started with their own.”
