Ordering and Purchase

b. Pricing: The prices displayed on the Website are in the specified currency and exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges, which will be added during the checkout process.

Returns and Exchanges

a. Unopened Products: We generally do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. Due to the nature of the products we sell, which include food supplements, we prioritize hygiene and safety. Returning opened products poses challenges in ensuring the quality and safety of our items. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange due to a faulty item, the product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.

b. Return Costs: For faulty items, we will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the product. We will not cover applicable customs duties or taxes.

c. Unhappy Customers: We understand that customer satisfaction is paramount. In cases where you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us, and we will work diligently to find a satisfactory solution for both parties.

d. Refunds and Exchanges: If you have received a faulty product and it meets the above conditions, we will process an exchange. Refunds for faulty items will be issued to the original payment method.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
